fun fact re: me: I collect red lipstick

Clockwise from left: Chanel Rouge Coco in Mademoiselle, Chanel Glossimer in Spark, Chanel Rouge Coco Shine in Rebelle, Lancome Cream Lipstick in Wannabe, Lancome Color Design in Pink Attitude, Lancome L'Absolu Rouge in Voile de Rose, Revlon Colorstay in Ultimate Wine, Clinique Different Lipstick in A Different Grape, Revlon Colorstay in Infinite Raspberry, Estee Lauder Pure Color in Rose Tea, Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Pur in #52, Lancome Juicy Tube in Moulin Rose.

I am obsessed with red and (deep) pink lip colors.  I don't discriminate between lipsticks, gloss, and stain - I support all.  My favorite stain has been Revlon's colorstay overtime in either Ultimate Wine or Infinite Raspberry - I used to use Chanel's version but was actually much happier with this one, which is fantastic because it happens to be nearly one-third of the price.  They stay on for a good amount of the day, and the gloss end of the stick is great for hydration and shine.  A bright red, hint of coral shade that I have been playing with lately is "Rebelle" in the brand new Chanel Rouge Coco Shine line which is a merge of a gloss and stick.  It is so easy to put on, gliding on super shiny and moisturizing.  I swear every color in the collection looks wonderful on all skin tones because it is such a beautiful, light formula. For gloss, I'm a fan of Chanel's glossimer in Spark or Nars gloss in Misbehave.  Both are true reds, though the Chanel version is a bit more glittery.  I tend to put the glosses over lipsticks to add more shine.  They are lovely on their own, though.  My favorite fuschia cream lipstick is by Lancome in a color called "wannabe."  It is perfect in the summertime with a hint of color in your skin.
