Jackets, Leather.

Everyone needs a leather jacket.  Sure, real leather is pricey, but it is a total investment.  Never out of style, surprisingly warm, and always chic.  Leather jackets go with everything: they balance out the girlyness of a sundress and look perfect with jeans and a tee.  Anything they are thrown over is instantly revived.  I've had my Theory leather jacket for years and it has really proven itself very worthy of the cost.
